Official “Magic Maid and The Lucky House” sweepstake rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Making a purchase will not improve the chances of winning. The sweepstake begins Thursday, Mar-01-2007 and ends on Sunday, July-01-2007, (”Sweepstakes Period”). During the Sweepstake period you may submit your information to MagicMaid LLC as an entry into the sweepstake. You must furnish all the information required on the page http://www.magicmaidllc.com/luckyhouse.php. The required information can also be submitted via telephone call by calling at 770-489-7350. By submitting your information you give concent to MagicMaid LLC to include your information as an entry for the sweepstake, for the sweepstake period during which it is submitted and you agree to the Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstake is open to legal residents of Georgia, USA (Sweepstake Region), age 18 or older, who have contacted via phone or through http://www.magicmaidllc.com (this website) and agree to participate along with other people (participants) who have entered into the sweepstake. Employee of Magicmaid LLC. Direct Marketing Results and their respective parent, affiliate, subsidiary and successor companies and members of the immediate families or households of such employees are not eligible. Winner must be a resident of Sweepstake Region.

Only one entry per household is accepted during the sweepstake period, duplicate enteries will be considered as a single entry only, even if the enteries are recieved from different sources of communication.

Entries recieved through this website will only be considered valid after they are confirmed through the telephone. Submitting invalid information will make the submission void and null and be not considered as a valid entry.

PRIZE:
The winner of the sweepstake will recieve a ONE FREE CLEANING SERVICE worth $150. The service will be provided for the mentioned prize amount only after an initial estimate being prepared by MagicMaidLLC representative. Incase the estimate is higher than the prize amount , the balance must be paid as a regular service charges. Estimate will be provided based on the regular service charges as per MagicMaidLLC’s.

GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree: (a) to the Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, the sponsor and it agents, which decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes; (b) to authorize MagicmaidLLC, its licensees , Direct Marketing Results, their respective parent, subsidiary affiliate and successor companies and each of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees (“Released Parties�) to use their information and biographical data for promotional purposes in any media without compensation, unless prohibited by law; (c) to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from any liability, claims, losses, damages and injuries arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from their participation in the sweepstakes and/or the acceptance and use of any prize; and (d) that Released Parties are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, busy signals, deletion, malfunction, defect or delay of any kind in telephone calls, email transmissions or on-line or internet submissions or for the failure of MagicMaidLLC to sweepstake entry for any reason or for any computer or software malfunction of any kind affecting the proper execution of this sweepstakes or for late, lost, illegible, delayed, misdirected or damaged mail or entries. MagicMaidLLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes in its entirety or partially should it become technically corrupted for any reason or because of non-authorized human intervention. REMOVAL FROM LIST: An individual may request to be removed from the list of sweepstake entries. To do so, they can contact the MagicMaidLLC via mail at MagicMaidLLC Address (104 F Presbyterian Ave, Carrollton , Georgia, 30117). An individual can also reverse the removal request by submitting a written request to receive such promotions to the our address.
